Kalex

Kalex

Kalex is a broad spectrum insecticide. It has a low aqueous solubility, low volatility and based on its chemical properties, would not normally be expected to leach to groundwater. Kalex mode of action through disruption of oxidative phosphorylation in the mitochondria rather than to target neural receptors, and absence of cross resistance was anticipated to the generally used insecticides for vector control including pyrethroids. Kalex has broad spectrum control over insects and control whitefly (nymphs), aphids, rice plant hoppers.
